Kawasaki file

Kawasaki's 742 cc sport-tourer of 1986 and 1987, built around an all-new DOHC four that later formed the base of the ZX-7. It sat between race replicas and touring bikes, with higher bars and lower footrests than a typical sportbike. It kept a steel double-cradle frame and 16-inch front wheel when rivals had moved to aluminium, a choice the page's author notes drew criticism.
